Request for prescription/referral

Here you can send us your prescription or referral requests. Please note that only long-term medication can be prescribed. The referrals will be checked by a doctor beforehand.

You can collect the prescriptions/referrals from our reception desk after three working days. You are also welcome to make your request via our prescription telephone.
